Just as no two kids are the same, The Present Factory understands our customers have differing shipping needs. We can offer different shipping options to get your gift box delivered safely to its special recipient.

Left your present buying to the last minute We have you covered with our flat rate $25 Express Delivery - all orders placed by 12pm AEST will be Express Posted the same day. (Estimated delivery timeframe 1-3 days)

A little more organised?  Great! We offer standard flat rate shipping on all of our boxes, Australia-wide for $15. (Estimated delivery timeframe 3-8 days)

The Present Factory uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post. This means delivery times are subject to those third party services, which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee anything when it comes to delivery timeframes as all delivery timeframes are estimates only. The Present Factory is not liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

 

FAQs

Can we send a parcel to a hospital? Yes, we can send parcels to hospitals. However, you must provide the recipient's name, ward and room number (not just the name and address of the hospital), and you must phone the hospital to let them know a parcel will be arriving for your recipient.

Can we send a parcel to a PO Box? No, unfortunately not. Because we use third party couriers parcels cannot be delivered to a PO Box address, we can only send to a physical residential or business address.

Can I send a parcel internationally? Yes, we will happily send parcels internationally. However, this will be at an extra cost dependent on shipping rates. Please contact us first for a cost estimate and we can work it out with you.

Can you guarantee my parcel will arrive be a certain date? No, unfortunately we cannot. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and totally dependent upon our couriers' services.

What if I send a parcel to the wrong address? If you provide the wrong address, your parcel will eventually be shipped back to us and you may incur extra costs for this. If you would then like to resend to the correct address, there will be an extra shipping cost that you will need to pay, otherwise we will refund you the cost of your parcel less the original shipping cost.
